EUROCIDE - "Regen aus Asche" (2009)

Arribem a la última nominació de Millor disc d'aquest 2009 i aquest desembre és per als alemanys EUROCIDE. Es el seu tercer album d'estudi i es titula "Regen aus Asche". Durant quasi una hora de música, hi trobaràs de tot: industrial, electro, temes més calmats, veus distorsionades, veus netes... Una joia per a la teva discoteca. EUROCIDE parlen en les seves lletres sobre el futur d'Europa, de "Fallen Nation", de "Der Tag" o del camp dels enemics. EUROCIDE fabriquen bones cançons; per al teu club, per casa teva... tan se val. No et deixis enredar. Aquest és el millor àlbum per aquest desembre.. El millor regal per al Nadal: "Assassination" (quin tros de cançó!). A la tercera va la vençuda. EUROCIDE ho han aconseguit. DE_TOT_COR publica "Dead Heart" EP

"Dead Heart" es el primer EP del projecte de música industrial de Barcelona DE_TOT_COR.
Després d'incloure la cançó "Strawberry Panic" en els recopilatoris Endzeit Bunkertracks (act III) i Extreme Sündenfall (6), DE_TOT_COR signa amb la discogràfica Vendetta Music, que publica aquest primer EP "Dead Heart".
En aquest primer EP hi trobaràs 6 cançons + remixs de Soman, Statik Sky, Zuh, Engelmacher i Revolution State. El disc ha estat masteritzat per Kolja Trelle a Koltron Studios (Alemanya). De moment, "Dead Heart" es pot comprar a través de iTunes i CDBaby. Aviat Vendetta Music publicarà també la edició en CD.
Actualment, DE_TOT_COR està treballant en nous temes, així com en remixs de diferents grups que seran publicats ben aviat. Més informació a:

Carsten, Tom i Francesco tornen a estar d'actualitat, i el motiu és molt seriós. [:SITD:] acaben de publicar el seu millor disc. Després d'escoltar tres milions de vegades aquest "vermell" no ens queda més remei que reconèixer la seva grandiositat. I no és que els Shadows in the Dark hagin canviat el seu estil de fer música... no. Però han aconseguit un disc variat, sorprenent, dur, emotiu (com sempre), ben produït (a càrrec de X-Fusion per primera vegada en la seva discografia), i ple de colors (encara que el seu títol sigui només "Rot"). Trobareu tocs de techno, trance, rock, pop, electro... tot com només [:SITD:] saben cuinar. Personalment, sobresurten els tracks: "Rot", "Pride", "Pharmakon" i "Catharsis". És imprescindible també disposar del bonus-disc (la edició limitada) amb els remixs de Reaper, Project Pitchfork o Aesthetic Perfection. Com a cirereta del pastís, una nova versió de "Heldenhaft" amb la veu de Othura, que no sé qui és però canta molt bé. És indiscutible: el nou disc dels [:SITD:] "Rot" mereix ser nominat Disc del Mes de Novembre a Europa.

WYNARDTAGE es desintegra com a projecte musical amb aquest doble disc titulat "Walk with the shadow", (suposo) tota una declaració d'intencions. Després de set anys en escena, ens regala aquest ultim treball amb nous temes, revisions d'antigues cançons, covers i molts remixs (Agonoize, Grendel, Aesthetic Perfection, etc., etc.). ... X-FUSION - "Ultima Ratio"

El senyor Jan L. acaba d'entregar el seu millor àlbum, i mira que n'ha fet. "Ultima Ratio" es una obra mestra. Sobretot amb la seva edició limitada, amb el disc que ha omplert de violins i molts altres instruments de corda virtuals. Al disc-en-si també n'hi ha. I donen sensació de realisme. Impecable en tota la producció, en cada instrument... L'únic punt negatiu seria la manera de cantar en quasi tots els temes és massa semblant. Però això no significa dolent. "Ultima Ratio" ha de tenir un lloc destacat a la teva discoteca. Moments memorables com: "Follow your leader", "Burn down the flags", o la instrumental "Rise and fall". EL disc de X-Fusion, sense dubtes.

... INFORMATIK - "Arena" (2009)

Tal i com ja van fer abans amb "Re:vision", els INFORMATIK ens tornen a presentar un LP amb revisions, remixs i algun nou tema. Coincideixen també amb la inclusió del gran tema "The world belongs to us", a "Arena" en versió pseudo-directe. Altres cançons revisitades son "A matter of time" o "Night and day". Excel·lent és el remix de Claire Voyant. I nous temes son "Predator" (molt influenciat per NIN) o "Come together" (molt més rock que electrònic). I és això el que té d'especial "Arena": un toc més rocker; guitarres. INFORMATIK s'han reinventat i han agafat les guitarres. Per sort, no és en la mateixa línia que Apoptygma Berzerk. Un disc per no deixar perdre.

In[Perfektion] - Vultures Among Us (2009)

No inventen res de nou, però aquest "Vultures among us" és de llarg el millor treball d'aquest estiu. Els portuguesos In[Perfektion] publiquen el segon LP; primer amb el segell Hesperus Records (és la seva primera referència). "Vultures among us" conté futurepop, trance, electro... sense distorsió. Temes tranquils, temes més ràpids... Un bon disc. Una alternativa a tots aquests discos que van sortint (re-edicions i més re-edicions). Esperem que els In[Perfektion] segueixin avançant en aquesta bon direcció. Per cert, si voleu aconseguir el seu primer treball, In[Perfektion] us el regalen aquí. Això sí, compreu el seu nou "Vultures among us".

Aquest mes de juny no hi haurà cap playlist aquí, ja que el programa EUROPA no s'emetrà per diversos motius que no venen al cas. Així, només queda la recomanació mensual a tots els nostres oïents i/o lectors. Senyores, senyors: aquest mes és totalment indispensable aconseguir una còpia de "Loginside", el nou treball dels alemanys A SPELL INSIDE. Actius des del 1989, però amb un break de quasi 5 anys, tornen uns dels genis del synthpop. Alguns recordaran aquell "Vitalizer". Aquest "Loginside" és com a mínim igual de bo. Segurament, més. Esplèndid treball que t'alegrarà aquesta entrada a l'estiu. Un disc ple de hits. Something (is waiting).
